Another romper look, perfect for these hot days.
At this point, I consider leopard print to be a neutral. The same as black, it pretty much goes with everything; but unlike the former one, it adds a special streak, a punch, if you will. What I like most about this outfit, is how comfortable it is. The cosiness of the top, the loose fit on the pants, and the smoothness of the slip-ons add up to a relaxed, almost stay-in all day look; yet the lace details on the top, the reserved colour of the pants, and the print on the slip-ons, got you covered to take the comfort outside your quarters. Maybe the reason for this is that as much as leopard is a neutral, when it is worn with measure, its alluring effect can take you anywhere!
Speaking of collaborations on the last post, made me want to share with you an outfit with my Peter Pilotto x Target top, and voilà!, here it is. Although it may give some a feeling of dizziness, I really like the print on the top, and I particularly like mix matching it with other prints. However for this occasion I decided to keep it simple, and so I paired it up with these military green harem-like trousers. I finished the look by adding black accessories.
This is my last outfit post from my short Canadian trip. We shot this at Unionville’s Main Street – a super cute village. For this visit in town, I decided to wear a very comfy look since it was all about walking and discovering the corners of this beautiful setting. I love this pair of leather-like, high waisted jeans, as they are simple, yet chic. I combined them with my favourite plain white t-shirt, and I tied a denim shirt around my waist to add to the laid-back mood. My new pair of flat sandals (which I got on sale!) were ideal for this outing. Since the outfit was not too bold, I decided to add a whole bunch of bracelets to give it a punch. I hope you love it!
I am not what you would call a leggings fan. As a matter of fact, if anything, I am its enemy (I would burn them all down if I could). However, I have to admit that for this look, the leggings actually work because of the length of the top. I love the combination of snakeskin and faux-leather: it’s daring, sexy, and somewhat powerful. To pull the look together I wore it with silver shoes and jewellery. I hope you guys like it!
PS: I just received my order of flash tattoos and they are unbelievably cool! I tried them out as the dotted gold ring on my finger. You got to love them!
In Ecuador, there are currently two places that have been labeled as the middle point of the world. The historic one was determined by French scientists in the XVIIIc. However, the research conducted afterwards demonstrated that the real middle of the world lies about 200m away.
I was lucky to visit both and do a quick photoshoot at the Middle of the World City, a small village created around the monument for the equator. Mismatching prints is one of my favourite trends, and on this occasion I combined a pair of cameo jeans with a leopard print scarf. I really like how the colours give a special harmony to the outfit. To tone down the look, I wore a plain white tee. Let me know what you think!
