Hi lovely ones! If you have been keeping up with the runways, you must have realized that one of the upcoming trends are slitted sleeves. Designers have turned the flared sleeves trend up a notch by slicing straight through them. The new silhouette makes up for a very classy look. Although this blazer could be more accurately included under the cape trend, it can still be considered within the slit sleeve trend’s borderlines. It has become one of my go to layering pieces for work days, particularly because it is super easy to wear and perfect for elevating any look.
PS: Aren’t these flats to die for? Talk about smart footwear!
You do not need to be super observant to have noticed that A-line button ups is the way to go about skirts these days. They are cool, effortlessly chic, and play well with absolutely anything! And as it happens, they are also one of my favourite trends of the season. If we talk materials, I would say, opt for suedes or denims. And lengths? Although the queens of street-style have showcased them in a parade of lengths, I will always vow for minis!
Nuances are always important to making a look work. There are plenty of details to this outfit that in the end pull everything together. The faux croc skin loafers, the faux fur tail, the biker details on the jeans, it all blends nicely and creates a casual, cool ensemble. This is actually a very me-like look, so I really hope you like it!
Colour blocking is a fun way of dressing up. It is exciting to match different tones to create a cool combo. I went for sober hues on my clothes and then added a citric punch with the loafers. Bold and chic.
It was as if the gaze of the tiger stared intently at me, quietly, but sharply. And it lured me in a hypnotic way, forcing me to desire to wear it. An all black outfit, primly wrapped in a floor length cream cardigan, a piece that inevitably screams elegance and poise.
Living in El Salvador for over a year now, made me almost forget about the cool days of Fall, but this past weekend I was lucky to visit Washington DC, and even though Summer was still in the air (at least while the sun was out), the evenings and nights did get pretty chilly. It is the time of the year perfect for layering, and this poncho is an ideal piece for the season.
