Smiles are acts of joy, kindness, and hope. They are a very powerful force that moves us. When someone smiles, we’re inevitably drawn to smile back. There is something special about smiling that can lift up spirits even amidst the hardest of circumstances.

The first time I saw this Isabel Marant for H&M jumper, I couldn’t help but smile. It made me think about the little things in life that draw a grin on my face. There’s so many of them I could never stop counting. The truth is there is always something worth chinning up and smiling for. I want to share with you a few of the things, big or small, superficial or profound, that make me happy. What makes you SMILE?

Writing and reading, which to me is just like giving and receiving.
